Meet the Chef
Chef Raphael Rogers brings 15 years of culinary experience to The Sam’s Pearl Restaurant and Bar. Hailing from Virginia, where he was named Iron Chef in 2012, he is excited to offer his unique blend of creativity with expansive nutritional knowledge to Houston. Throughout his career, Chef Raph has provided meals for the University of Houston and University of Tennessee’s athletic departments, in addition to serving as a private chef for professional athletes and television personalities.
Chef Raph’s menu features bold flavorful dishes that offer fresh, nutritious takes on coastal-inspired favorites.
